Description
The market situation is driving a strong refocusing of companies' marketing activities on digital platforms within the framework of omnichannel interaction with the market. It is in this context that the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano has set the goal of creating an educational offering that could effectively support professionals in developing their marketing skills. With these premises, the Digital Marketing & Analytics program was conceived as a path designed to acquire, develop, and strengthen the skills necessary to address the challenges of contemporary markets. Companies and professionals can rely on a set of carefully selected skills and analytical tools from various business environments, with the perspective of providing participants with practical and coherent support, designed with a focus on the future.
Educational project
Providing expertise in the field of digital marketing, customer management, and customer analytics, integrated with a pragmatic approach, Delving into hot topics for the industry, such as omnichannel marketing, customer centricity, AI, consumer biometrics, Addressing the issues of digitalization and the increasing relevance of data in marketing processes, as well as those related to emotional and visceral elements, Associating practical workshops and a project work component with the teaching modules, allowing participants to apply the models and tools learned during the course
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered valid.
