Learn About the Gender Pay Gap and How to Negotiate" is a Passion in Action program promoted by the Career Service of Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Unit and Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering. It is designed to develop awareness and practical skills on the topic of the gender pay gap and salary negotiation in the workplace. Through two interactive 3-hour modules, the course provides tools to understand the causes of the gender pay gap, improve negotiation skills, and confidently navigate contracts, benefits, and compensation. Activities include labor market data analysis, corporate testimonials, and role-play workshops, with the goal of empowering female students and fostering greater awareness of equity and inclusion dynamics.
